Our Mother's Day Buffet costs $45.00 per person and $12.00 for children 10 & under

 

· Carving station (chef attendant)- honey dijon glazed ham

- Spinach Dip with tortilla chips
- Fresh Fruit Display
- Waffle Station (chef attendant)- mixed berries, whipped cream, butter, maple syrup, strawberry syrup, nuts, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips
- Eggs Florentine- scrambled eggs with wilted spinach and roasted tomatoes

- Sausage
- Bagel Station- Flavored cream cheese, smoked salmon with all the trimmings
- Hashbrown Casserole
- Bruschetta Chicken- pan seared chicken breast, tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil, balsamic reduction
- Pasta w/ Vodka Sauce- rigatoni or penne
- Boneless Wings- BBQ & Buffalo
- Soup- Lobster Bisque
- Strawberry Salad- mixed greens, strawberries, goat cheese, candied pecans, dried tart cherries, raspberry vinaigrette

We will be offering a special Three Course Meal Menu, for only $45.00!

 

- Mixed Berry Spring Salad - Fresh strawberries & blueberries on top of romaine with crumbled feta cheese and candied walnuts. Topped with house-made Lemon Berry Vinaigrette

- Chicken Piccata - Two lightly fried chicken breasts topped with lemon caper butter sauce, served over parmesan risotto

- Creme Brulee- with strawberry compote
