Live! Casino Hires Bryan M. Prettyman As Vice President Of Slots and Marketing
Live! Casino today announced the hiring of BRYAN M. PRETTYMAN as Vice President of Slots and Marketing for Live! Casino Pittsburgh in Westmoreland County.
His gaming career began in 1988, at the Trump Castle Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Working as the casino/hotel services manager, Prettyman focused primarily on supporting player development efforts at the hotel property.
Over the years, he was involved in the opening and management of various casino resorts across the nation. This included 15 years of senior leadership roles within Native American Casino Operations, for which he was responsible for advertising, public and government relations; hotel and resort operations; sales; player development; database marketing and analytics; sports sponsorships; brand development and positioning; intellectual property; and creative design, production and advertising.
In 2018, Prettyman became the regional director for the Eastern Central Region of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, the third-largest Native American Tribe in the United States. The Eastern Central Region has nine gaming locations, one of which is a casino hotel resort. Not long after, he was promoted to the flagship Durant property to take on being the senior marketing leader. In this position, he was responsible for marketing the new $700-million expansion, which grew the resort destination to 7,300 slot machines, 140 table games, 1,700 hotel rooms and a several brand-new restaurants. With the help of Prettyman and the new amenity operations, the property became one of the largest casino resort operations in the United States.
Throughout his career of over 30-plus years, Prettyman has received dozens of awards for national advertising and creative features in the gaming industry. They include honors from the American Gaming Association, as well as the G2E’s 2005 Conference for “Best Television Campaign” for a casino property, and in 2011, securing the national “Best Ad Campaign” award.
