Don Kalpakis
Player Development Manager
Don was born in Montreal, Canada and currently resides in suburban Pittsburgh. He began his career in the gaming industry over 29 years ago in gaming management. Before joining the Live! team he served as a Senior Executive Host at other gaming properties. Don assumes the role of Player Development Manager at Live! Casino Pittsburgh and he will oversee the team of Player Development VIP Hosts on property. In previous roles he has helped to create many successful charitable events and served his local community. When he's not working, Don loves spending time with family, going to the beach, or watching hockey.
Gabrielle Hamilton
Born in Las Vegas, NV, Gabrielle spent her childhood in Delaware and moved to Pennsylvania in 2005. She started her gaming career as a table games dealer and exclusively dealt high limit Blackjack and Roulette. With her exceptional customer service and knowledge in table games, she was promoted to VIP Host at Live! Casino Pittsburgh. Having over thirteen years of customer service experience, Gabrielle is very dedicated to ensuring a wonderful experience for her guests. Her interests outside of work include spending time with her family, traveling, working out and being surrounded by her closest friends.
Daniel Shaffer
Dan was born and raised in Rochester, PA, a rural suburb of Pittsburgh, PA. After high school, he enlisted in the United States Coast Guard before entering the casino industry. Having worked for several different gaming brands, Dan joined the Live! Casino Pittsburgh team in 2021 as a Guest Services Shift Manager but took his skills over to the VIP Host role in 2023 to better serve the guests in Greensburg and surrounding areas. Dan’s knowledge of the gaming industry makes him an ideal VIP Host allowing him to better understand and help guests in the casino. When he is not working, Dan enjoys being with friends and family, loves sports, sports gambling, and trying new things!
Trinity Savage
Executive Casino Host
Born and raised in California, Pa. Trinity Savage joined the Live! Casino Pittsburgh opening team in October of 2020 as a Tables Games Experienced Dealer, which lead to her working her way up the ladder to getting promoted to Pit Manager in 2022. In September of 2024, Trinity decided to switch career paths from being in the Table Games Department for 10 years to begin a new exciting challenge as a VIP Casino Host. Trinity hopes her previous experience in Table Games as well as years in the customer service industry will supply her with the tools and knowledge necessary to provide excellent customer service to the guests here at Live! Casino Pittsburgh. In her free time, she spends it with her two beautiful puppies, Charlie and Brodie and her not so sweet kitty cat, Earl, watching crime shows/documentaries, watching movies, reading and traveling.
