LATE NIGHT SPECIAL

RULES

1. Must be 21 or older 
2. Winners must have a valid ID and a Live! Rewards Card. 
3. Minimum qualifying hand of Jack's Full of Deuces. 
4. In the event there is no qualifying hand, there will be no rollovers. 
5. If no player has qualified for the high hand during the final qualifying period, the promotion ends. 
6. There will be no ties. You must beat the posted high hand. 
7. Pot must be at least $10 in size including rake. 
8. Players must use two-hole cards combined with 3 board cards to qualify. 
9. Must be your best possible hand to win using both of your hole cards. Must be the winning hand. 
10. Hands must be verified by a supervisor. 
11. Winners must be present to receive award. Can be away from the table when period ends. 
12. Must be playing in eligible Texas Hold'em game. 
13. Short-handed games (three or less players) are not eligible for promotion. 
14. For late night high hands, there must be at least 6 active players in the hand to trigger. 
15. If there is more than one active table, as long as one table has at least 6 active players, all tables of that game qualify. 
16. Players can win more than one prize. 
17. On announcement of the completion of the period or the clock sounding the period is over, any new high hands will apply to the next period. 
18. If no player has qualified for the high hand during the final qualifying period, the promotion ends, no money rolls over to any other period. 
19. Anyone found to be in violation of the integrity of this promotion, shall be disqualified. This includes slow rolling or slow playing to get to the next period. 
20. Side betting or selling of high hands is prohibited. 
21. For Late Night high hands, a minimum of 6 players needs to be dealt in the hand to qualify for $300 promotion. 
22. For Late Night promotion, if there are multiple tables active during the promotion period and at least one table has 6 active players, all tables in the room are eligible for promotion. 
23. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, during 12:00PM - 12:00AM, for every high hand won, $100 will be taken from the jackpot fund; On Tuesdays, during 12:00PM - 12:00AM, for every high hand won, $100 will be taken from the jackpot fund on the top of the hour and $100 from the marketing fund on the XX:30 of every hour; On Fridays & Saturdays during 1:00PM - 12:00AM, for every high hand won, $100 will be taken from the jackpot fund on the top of the hour and $100 from the marketing fund on the XX:30 of every hour; On Sundays, during 10:00AM - 12:00AM, for every high hand won, $100 will be taken from the jackpot fund. 
24. Late night high hands will be paid from the Marketing Fund. 
25. Management reserves the right to alter or cancel this promotion at any time.
