LCH uses information it collects from you through the Site primarily to:

• Understand how visitors use the Site.
• Improve the content and navigation of the Site, and products/services that LCH provides;
• Communicate information to you;
• Conduct marketing and research analysis;
• Deliver casino, hotel, food and beverage, and other services to you;
• Make you aware of products or services that might interest you;
• Defend ourselves in the event of law suits;
• and Engage in other uses as specified in this Privacy Notice or permitted by law.

Personal Information

"Personal Information" refers to information through which you can be identified. We collect Personal Information that you provide voluntarily to us. Some examples of Personal Information that we may collect include your name, date of birth, postal address, telephone number, age, gender, gaming activity, and purchase and reservation information. If you visit Live! Casino & Hotel, Personal Information may include your image in a live video feed that can be viewed on the Site or other LCH websites. Some Personal Information is considered "Confidential Personal Information." Confidential Personal Information is your name in combination with one or more of the following: credit or debit card number, financial account number, street address, driver's license number, state identification card number, passport number, and naturalization number.

In addition to Personal Information that you provide voluntarily to us, we may obtain Personal Information from third parties including, but not limited to, business partners, family members, friends, and entities that direct you to or are located at the Site.

Non-Personal Information

"Non-Personal Information" refers to information about you or your activities through which you cannot be personally identified. When you use the Internet, your web browser or software may transmit certain information to the servers that host the websites you visit. Such information may include, for example, the unique number assigned to your server or Internet connection, your geographic location, and your interactions with the Site, including what pages you view and what information you download. When you visit the Site, your Non-Personal Information may be collected. Non- Personal Information may be linked to Personal Information.

Children’s Privacy

If you are under eighteen (18) years old, do not send any Personal Information about yourself to this Site. In the event that we discover that a child under the age of eighteen (18) has provided Personal Information, we will immediately delete the child’s information. Certain of our areas and activities are intended for persons 21 years old or older. If you are under 21, we ask that you do not access or attempt to access any areas or participate in any activities that are restricted to persons 21 or older.

We collect information directly from you, as well as automatically through your use of our Services.

Information That You Give Us: 

Typically, the information we collect directly from you is to establish a user account or hotel reservation, and includes your contact information. You decide how much information to share with us in most cases, but not sharing required information may limit your ability to obtain services from us. Here are some examples of ways in which you might give information to us through the Site:

Registration

You may be asked to complete a registration form and provide Personal Information; you may also be asked to choose a user ID and password in order to take advantage of certain features the Site may choose to offer, including but not limited to, newsletters, contests, sweepstakes, forums, message boards or other subscription-based products/services. Your decision to register is voluntary and you will have the opportunity to decide whether or not to disclose information to us and what communications you would like to receive; however, please be advised that many products and services available on the Site require registration and if you elect not to provide such information, you will not be able to take advantage of those products and services.

Transaction Information

For your protection, financial information is collected and stored through encrypted means.

Contests or Sweepstakes

We periodically operate contests and sweepstakes through or promoted on the Site that will require registration or the submission of Personal Information. Your Personal Information may be used to contact you for winner notification, prize delivery confirmation or other related purposes. In some instances, a third-party advertiser or sponsor may operate or host a contest or sweepstakes on the Site, and collect your Personal Information. IP Addresses and Click-Stream Data

As is true of most websites, we automatically gather information such as Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer the Site.

An IP address is a number associated with the service through which you access the Internet, like your ISP (Internet service provider), your company, or your university. Standing alone, your IP address is not personally identifiable. Mobile Devices

When you download and use our services, we automatically collect information on the type of device you use, operating system version, and the device identifier (or “UDID”). Certain features within the Mobile App, such as playing a game, may require you to log into your Facebook account to use them. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

We may send you push notifications from time to time in order to update you about any events or promotions that we or our advertising partners may be running. If you no longer wish to receive these types of communications, you may turn them off at the device level.

Geolocation Data

Using the Mobile App, we may, if you wish, collect your location-based information to serve you and for the purposes of LCH and our advertisers. For example, if you are sitting in our hotel and want us to bring you a drink, you can order and pay for the drink using the Mobile App and we will know exactly where to bring it. If it’s time for lunch, we and other restaurant owners in the neighborhood may want to offer you coupons to encourage you to visit. You can use your smartphone as your room key, and you can share your key with other smartphone users. If you want Lyft, Uber, or other ride services to bring you to our casino and hotel, you can request a ride through our Mobile App, and they’ll know just where to find you. These services are all made possible through the use of geolocation data. Our Mobile App location service is operated for us through Venuetize (www.venuetize.com).

Without you installing our Mobile App, we can still use your phone’s location information to send you alerts and news based on your location, but only if you want us to! This service is made possible through a third-party vendor called Mobile Storm (www.mobilestorm.com). Here is how it works:

• By opting into this program on short code 65267 you will be sharing your phone's location with Live! Casino & Hotel. Live! Casino & Hotel may use this information to send you offers, special promotion, deals, news, Info and alerts based on your location!

The location service will not be available if the phone is roaming or is turned off. T-Mobile® is not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.  Consent is not a condition of purchase. Other Network Carriers will be added as they become available.  You must be 21 years of age or older to use this service.  Location coordinates (longitude, latitude, and radius) will be obtained only when we have proper authorization from the user.

Important Message about your Cellular Provider (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless and others). This is not a cellular provider application. We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Mobile App software on your phone. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information you submit within the Mobile App.

We use Personal Information and Non-Personal Information for non-marketing purposes. Some examples of such use include: (1) processing and fulfilling reservations or purchases; (2) conducting statistical or demographic analysis; (3) customizing your experience at the Site; (4) customizing your experience when you visit our casino, hotel, or restaurants, or visit the neighborhood in which the casino and hotel are located; and (5) responding to your inquiries or other communications.

Except for Confidential Personal Information, we may use Personal Information and Non-Personal Information for our own marketing purposes, including, but not limited to, notifying you of special promotions, offers, and events via postal mail, e-mail, telephone, text message, and other means. Some web browsers may transmit "do not track" signals to the websites and other online services with which the browser communicates. There is no standard that governs what, if anything, websites should do when they receive these signals. LCH currently does not take action in response to these signals. If and when a standard for responding is established, we may revisit our policy on responding to these signals.

How to Opt-Out
If you wish to opt-out of receiving solicitations from us or do not want us to share your Personal Information with our business partners for marketing purposes, please fill out the Unsubscribe Form.

Telemarketing
Even if you registered your telephone number on a Do-Not-Call list, certain exemptions may allow us to contact you by telephone. However, to ensure our customers' preferences are honored, we also maintain our own internal do-not-call list. If you would like to opt-out of receiving telemarketing sales calls from us by adding your telephone number to our internal do-not-call list, please complete the online form.

If you become aware of inaccuracies in your Personal Information that you want to correct or you want to delete your Personal Information from our records, please contact us to let us know, but we reserve the right to retain your Personal Information for our reasonable business or legal purposes.

The time periods for which we retain your Personal Information depend on the purposes for which we use it. LCH will keep your Personal Information for as long as we have a reasonable business purpose to do so.

LCH is headquartered in the United States, but uses service providers throughout the United States who in turn may use cloud computing services or cloud storage throughout the world. As such, we and our service providers may transfer your personal information to, or access it in, jurisdictions that may not provide equivalent levels of data protection as your home jurisdiction.

We are not responsible for the information collection or privacy practices of other websites, including websites operated by our business partners or other third parties. You should review and understand the privacy policies posted on any linked sites you visit before using those sites or providing any Personal Information

We take what we believe are reasonable security measures to protect the privacy of your Personal Information.  However, no security system is impenetrable, and our computer systems could become accessible through a security breach in spite of our precautions.
